Two Grant Opportunities. One Goal: A Healthier West End.

This fall’s grant cycle includes two distinct funding opportunities designed to address critical needs within the community:

Fall Proactive Grant – Focus on Food Security

In response to increased community needs, the second round of the 2025 Fall Proactive Grant will focus specifically on food security. WEHF is offering $40,000 in total funding to support non-profit initiatives that improve access to healthy, affordable food for individuals and families throughout the West End.

Fall Programmatic Grant – Health & Wellness Programs

The Fall Programmatic Grant cycle supports ongoing programs that advance the health and wellness of West End residents. Nonprofit organizations may apply for grants ranging from $1,000 to $10,000, with a total of $50,000 in available funding.
