The West End Health Foundation Proactive Grant Application Window Opens May 1

The West End Health Foundation (WEHF) will open the application window for the Proactive Grant funding on Wednesday, May 1, 2024. Applications are due no later than Saturday, June 1, 2024, at 12:00 p.m. Applications can be submitted using the submission portal located on the WEHF’s website at westendhf.org/grants. The Proactive Grant funding is awarded to select non-profit organizations that provide programs and services with an emphasis on food security of Marquette County’s West End Community. Grants can range from $1,000 – $50,000 gifted, all dependent on available funds. The top grants will be selected to present to the WEHF Board for final funding decisions.
