The West End Health Foundation Proactive Grant Application Window Opens May 1

The West End Health Foundation (WEHF) will begin accepting applications for its 2025 Proactive Grant on Wednesday, May 1. Applications are due by Saturday, June 1.

Eligible organizations can apply through the submission portal at westendhf.org/grants. To qualify, applicants must be advancing health and wellness in the West End community, with an emphasis on programming aimed at developing our future workforce in the healthcare field.

Grant awards range from $1,000 to $50,000, with a total of $50,000 gifted, all dependent on available funds.  Top applicants will be invited to present their proposals in June to the WEHF Board for final funding decisions.
